Worrying!!!
During these challenging times of national crisis it is common to worry about what the future holds or how things will work out. Worry could be reflected in various ways such as panic buying and stock piling etc. The scriptures admonishes us not to worry at times like this, but to trust God that things will get better. Worrying will not solve anything, but rather cause more problems;
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they are?
So do not worry, saying what shall we eat or drink or wear, your heavenly Father knows that you need these. But seek first His kingdom and righteous (integrity) and all these thing will be added to you as well”. Matthew 6:25 – 33
